Spaces
Thoughtful commercial environments
for every type of space
Every market has different requirements. Choose yours.

Corporate
Workstations, private offices, conference rooms, collaborative floors and the lounges between them.
Corporate work is where an open line matters most. The difference between a good office and an expensive one is usually a handful of substitutions nobody was allowed to make — and none of ours are locked.
The same floor plan can carry a premium conference table and a value-engineered private-office package, specified side by side, because we are not obligated to fill both from one catalog.
- Private offices
- Workstations + benching
- Conference + training
- Collaborative areas
- Lounge + café
- Reception + waiting
- Phone booths + pods
- Breakrooms + wellness

Education
Classrooms, early learning, libraries, labs and the commons students actually use.
School furniture gets a decade of hard use from people who did not choose it. We specify for that: welded frames, replaceable tops, casters that survive being dragged, and storage that keeps working after the fourth reconfiguration of the year.
The range runs from early childhood through higher education — mobile tables and desks that reset between lessons, stacking seating for cafeterias and assemblies, visual boards, library storage and lab casework.
- Classrooms
- Early childhood
- Libraries + media centers
- Science labs
- Student commons
- Cafeterias
- Faculty offices
- Lecture + assembly

Government
Municipal offices, public service counters, libraries and the lobbies where the public waits.
Public buildings are furnished once and expected to last. Every piece has to survive heavy daily traffic, stand up to procurement scrutiny, and still look like the community cared about the room.
We plan for durability first — high-use seating, secure storage and finishes that clean easily — then choose from whichever manufacturer fits the budget, rather than the one a single catalog happens to favor.
- Public lobbies + waiting
- Service counters
- Open offices
- Private offices
- Council + meeting rooms
- Libraries
- Training rooms
- Secure storage

Healthcare
Patient rooms, waiting areas, exam rooms, nurse stations and the staff spaces behind them.
Healthcare furniture answers to two things other markets can ignore: infection control, and a cleaning schedule that would destroy an ordinary chair. We specify finishes and seams for the disinfectant a facility actually uses.
The range covers waiting and lounge seating, patient-room pieces, casework and nurse servers, and the offices and cafeterias staff rely on — mixed across lines so no single manufacturer dictates the whole package.
- Waiting + lobby
- Patient rooms
- Exam + treatment
- Nurse stations
- Consultation rooms
- Staff lounges
- Cafeterias
- Administrative offices

Hospitality
Restaurants, lobbies, lounges, private clubs and the terraces outside them.
Hospitality furniture has to look like a design decision and survive being a commercial asset. Our lines carry contract-grade construction under finishes that read residential.
That covers dining and lounge seating, custom banquettes, tables, accessories and rugs — plus outdoor furniture for patios and terraces. Several of these makers are names you would recognize from residential retail, specified here in their contract ranges.
- Restaurants + dining
- Lobbies + reception
- Lounges + bars
- Private clubs
- Event + venue
- Outdoor + terraces
